If you have ever attended one of my seminars or met with me in my office, you have heard me say “My objective is to help you create a plan for your family that will prevent a family feud and allow them to have Thanksgiving dinner together the year after you are gone”
I began my professional career at a Fortune 500 company and decided after five years of juggling a family and a demanding business travel schedule to leave Corporate America and focus on a business venture while I attended law school. My motivation for choosing Probate, Estate Planning, and Elder Law was my grandmother, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease when I was in middle school.
Our goal at The Fletcher Law Firm is to help our clients answer the following questions:
What would happen if I die without any estate planning documents?
What would happen if I become physically or mentally incapacitated and could not handle my own affairs?
What legacy do I want to leave?
